Individual Therapy

Taking steps to begin therapy can feel intimidating and scary.  I view individual counseling as a collaborative effort to achieve the goals you desire.  It is not uncommon for someone coming to therapy to have no clear idea of what they want to work on other than to “feel better.”  That is completely acceptable and pretty normal.  Together we can figure this out as well as the steps to achieve this.  In no time, you will feel more relaxed and the process will be less overwhelming.  Depending on your goals you can expect some or all of the following after successful completion of counseling with me:
